How to Apply for Your Triad Rental Property
We strive to make the rental application process straightforward. Follow these three easy steps:
1. Complete the Application
All adults (18+) living at the property must complete a separate application. The application fee is $55 per adult. Please pay through our Tenant Portal. We accept debit or credit cards for the application fee.
We conduct background and credit checks to ensure a safe and reliable living environment for everyone. If you have a pet, you will be directed to a separate pet application form and screening.
